My Account & Warranty
Having an account makes everything faster and easier: you can track your orders, save your favourite items and speed up checkout.
Click the little person icon at the top right → Create account → fill in your details → done!
You’ll get a confirmation email right away.
You no longer need a password.
Simply enter your email address and you’ll receive a login code by email.
Didn’t get the code? Contact us via the chat at the bottom right or email customercare@dogwithamission.com – we’ll help you straight away.
We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing or material defects.
Normal wear and tear from daily use, water or play is not covered – that’s just part of a happy dog’s life.
If something genuinely breaks (like a buckle or stitching), send us a photo and your order number. We’ll look into it and find a fair solution.
This usually happens when you used a different email address at checkout than the one you use to log in.
Send us a quick message via email or chat — we’ll check it for you and help you match the correct orders to your account.
Some leather collars may release a bit of colour when they get wet.
It’s harmless and can be cleaned easily with water and mild soap.
You can also treat the collar with a water-repellent spray before use – this helps reduce the chance of colour transfer.
Ordering & Payment
Choose your favourite item, add it to your basket, go to checkout, fill in your details, select shipping and payment – and you’re done!
You can pay safely and easily using:

Klarna (Buy now, pay later)
Other local payment methods (depending on region)
All payments are handled securely through encrypted connections.
We process orders right away, so changes are usually not possible.

First, check if the code is still valid and whether you haven’t used it before.
Most codes also work on sale items, unless stated otherwise.

Some of our special products are available only as pre-orders.
Delivery time is usually around 6 weeks and is always shown on the product page.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders with DHL and FedEx, depending on the destination.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and are automatically calculated at checkout before payment.
Here’s a general overview:
- Netherlands & Belgium: €5.95 (free shipping from €99)
- Germany & Austria: €7.95
- Switzerland: €20
- UK, USA & other countries: calculated automatically at checkout
Please note: for deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply.
These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Your order will usually arrive within 2–4 working days.
During holidays or busy periods it might take a bit longer.
Please note: once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the carrier.
Yes! As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Check your tracking link first.
If there’s no update after five days, contact us via the chat or email customercare@dogwithamission.com with your order number and tracking code – we’ll follow it up for you.
Returns
Simply use our return portal:

Follow the steps and send your parcel back within 30 days.
Items must be unused, undamaged and have all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are paid directly in the portal.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive your return.
You’ll be refunded via the same payment method you used at checkout.
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.
No, our online shop and store are separate. Online orders can only be returned through the webshop.
Products & Sizes
Always measure your dog’s neck tightly along the skin (no fingers in between).
Please don’t measure an old collar from another brand — sizes vary, and this often leads to choosing the wrong size.
After measuring, check our size guide or use our Size Quiz — it only takes a minute and helps you find the perfect fit.
- Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth and apply leather conditioner regularly.
- Rope leads: Hand wash only, keep leather parts dry, and air-dry naturally.
- Fabric products: Wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry.
- Bowls: Hand wash only.
Yes, every piece is handmade and unique. Small colour or texture variations are normal – that’s what makes them special.
