Shipping and delivery
We ship Monday to Saturday. Order by 5 pm (CET) on a weekday and your parcel leaves our warehouse the same day. We don't ship on Sundays or public holidays. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking link.

Parcels to the UK over 10 kg cost €24.95. You'll see the exact shipping cost for your country at checkout as soon as you enter your address.
Ordering from outside the EU
We ship from the Netherlands. If you live outside the European Union, for example in the UK or Switzerland, customs may charge import duties and VAT on delivery. You pay these to the carrier; they're not part of your order with us.
Not home?
The carrier will leave a note telling you where to pick up your parcel. You can often change the delivery through your tracking link as well.
Holidays
Around public holidays, delivery may take a little longer. Want your order before Christmas? Please order at least a week in advance.
Wrong size after all?
You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your parcel, and another 14 days to send it back. Our returns page explains how it works.
