Refund policy
Returns
You can register your return through the return portal. Return costs are at your own expense.
Exchange
Unfortunately it is not possible to directly exchange an article. Report your return through the above return portal. You can place a new order online.
Return conditions
- You can register unused items within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal and return them to us. Of course, you may try on and view the item with your dog or cat. NOTE: the label must still be attached. Returned items without label and/or items that are visibly used will not be accepted.
- Report your return via the return portal above, pay the return fee and receive the return label in your email.
- Stick the return label on your return shipment and drop the shipment off at a service point.
- Please note any additional costs when returning a product from outside the EU. Think of higher return costs, clearance costs or import duties. These are for your own account.
- Caution! When the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged, we can charge you for the depreciation of the product. So please handle the item properly and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.
- The purchase price of returned items will be refunded within 14 days of notification of the return. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to purchase the item.
Defective
If you have received a product that is defective, incomplete or for some other reason does not match what you ordered, please email customercare@dogwithamission.com. In this case you do not need to register a return.
Use & Warranty
Our products are made with care and designed for everyday use. We provide up to one year's warranty on hardware and manufacturing defects (such as clasps, buckles, and rings) — these should not break under normal use.
Our products are functional items for dogs. Damage resulting from use is therefore not covered by the warranty.
Examples include:
- scratches or wear on (leather) straps
- damage to fabric or woven materials
- detachment of threads or beads
- damage caused by pulling, biting, or snagging
Leather is a natural material and may discolour or dry out due to water, sunlight, and use. Proper care helps keep your item looking its best for longer.
